By using our identity verification services, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent and authorization from the individual whose identity is being verified, or that you have a documented legal basis for performing such verification.

Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the National Identification Number (NIN) verification system is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension and legal prosecution.

55verify acts as an intermediary gateway to official identity databases. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information contained within the National Identity Database or provided by third-party data sources.

Verification fees are charged per request.

No Refunds: Once a verification request is submitted and processed (regardless of whether a record is found or matches), the fee is non-refundable.

Wallet Funding: You are responsible for ensuring your wallet is sufficiently funded. Funds are added via bank transfer and are generally processed instantly.

4. Compliance & Privacy

You agree to comply with all applicable Nigerian data protection laws (NDPR) and NIMC regulations. 55verify reserves the right to audit your usage logs to ensure compliance with these terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in suspicious activity.
